Barvikha Hills

A modern western-type housing estate in environmentally pristine surroundings of legendary Barvikha, with a unique system of underground (underwater) roads.

The concept for the estate was based on a unique landscape design. With its architecture, unusual for suburban developments, but seamlessly blending into the local landscape, isolation and total security, this project is one of the most attractive options for a home in the area of Rublyovo-Uspenskoye Shosse.

The designers took advantage of local terrain, producing planning solutions based on the altitude differences.

This made it possible to develop space at different levels, which contributes to the isolation of residences from each other and affords an excellent opportunity for enjoying the views.

The 3-level residences comprise an atrium, which has good light and can be used as a winter garden or a lounge.

The atrium offers magnificent views of surrounding hills, serving as natural decorative fencing for the cottage grounds, which ensures privacy and gives the inhabitants a feeling of maximum comfort.
