This residential complex develops composition of residential building located at the address 19, Klimashkina street, where long axis of Catholic Church is fixed. New complex looks as a 10-12-storey plate which has complicated upper and corner contours that contrast with simple geometry of high, earlier built, 14-storey building at east facade. A place, where facade plate splits in two unequal parts, corresponds to axis of Catholic Church. There are three sections in the complex: two of them are blocked, another is detached. Residential part of the buildings stands on complicated 1-3-storey stylobata, where fitness center is located. Personal elevators and underground two-level parking lot are planned.
