Legend of Tsvetnoy

Elite ensemble Legend of Tsvetnoy boasts its exclusive location on the Tsvetnoy Boulevard, one of the most historically important and beautiful streets of Moscow.

The complex consists of 3 towers of varied height. The first 7 floors host a class A business center, a restaurant, shopping arcades, a fitness center, a swimming pool, and spa&salon. 9-15th floors are occupied by luxurious apartments. The area pf appartments varies to 220 sqm. The underground part of the building is taken up by a 3-level parking for 594 cars (2 car places per apartment).

Legend of Tsvetnoy is situated in a historical center of Moscow at the intersection of Tsvetnoy and Rozhdestvensky Boulevards and demonstrates latest trends in city development, combining innovative ideas, elegance and functionality. The design of this original architectural project was created by one of the leading western architectural bureaus.
