The heating of the building is conducted through the municipal network via an independent heating unit.

Systems of water supply, sewage and drainage

Water supply system provides the flow of water from the prep point, where water is filtered. Hot water supply is prepared in plated heat-exchangers. The building has a household, industrial, sewage and rain and snow roof-pipe drainage system.

Power supply

Electric current supply is carried out via Mosenergo mains of 10 kV of 1st category. The building has electric power substations 20/0,4 kV.

Fire prevention system

Includes an automated indoor fire prevention system, water fire extinguishing system, a system of anti-smoke protection, fire alarm, public address and evacuation management. Fire alert goes directly to the central dispatch panel.

Telecom

The building is equipped with satellite television, broadband internet access and PBX.

Security

The building has a security alarm connected to the customized individual fire-prevention system and is coupled with video surveillance and access control system.
