Capital—1 Constellation

The  residential complex is located in central Moscow between the metro stations Oktyabrskaya and Shabolovskaya. It comprises five towers of different height and has a separately-operated family entertainment centre with cinemas and children’s playgrounds.

A distinctive feature of the Capital—1 Constellation complex is its three-level open-plan penthouses with unique panoramic glazing, which makes the views of the Cathedral of Christ the Saviour, the Kremlin, the Sparrow Hills part of your interior scene. The third level has an open green terrace for promenades in the open air.

For the convenience of the complex and district residents, a passage is planned to connect Ul. Shabolovka and Ul. Mytnaya, which will render the transport options even more functional.
