Avenue 77

In French, avenue means a road lined with trees. 77 is the number assigned to the new complex. The complex is located at the very heart of the experimental estate of the late ’80s of the last century, which was conceived as a prototype model for an ideal town of the future. That is why the name Avenue 77 can be understood to mean a green street and/or a road into the future and/or a stroke of good fortune, pure and simple. But good fortune only favours those who are ready to take advantage of it.

The complex will have absolutely everything needed for modern life: accommodation of the highest level of comfort and convenience to everybody’s taste, a well—developed infrastructure. The substructure totalling 35,000 sq. m is reserved for a shopping and entertainment centre.
