Aerobus

Aerobus is a state-of-the-art mixed-use housing development of business class, which architectural critics have already named a novel-type complex. Named in reference to its location next to the Aeroport metro station, the complex comprises two L-shaped section units with 423 776 sq. m of residential, office and public space.
The complex it noted for its proximity to the centre, open-plan layouts, panoramic views, state-of-the-art building services, foreign-made lifts, fibre-optic communication links, cutting-edge security and fire systems, guarded fenced—in grounds with amenities, underground and aboveground car parks and a green zone.
The project has already been rated high by leading architectural critics: it was presented at the 9th International Exhibition of Architecture and Design in Moscow, where it was awarded an independent prize in the Curators’ Diploma category for the best 2004 project.
